At first, I thought I had did a good job not really understanding the program at first , but I knew to use the rectangle function to create the shapes and fill in the color. However, I came back to the sketch and used photoshop to get the exact RGB color values, and then I tediously created the shapes and positioned them more precisely closer to the painting which led me to a better recreation of it.
Week 2: Mondrian in Processing
For this assignment I had to recreate a Mondrian’s painting in processing. I could only use simple processing functions such as point, line, fill, stroke etc. I had to choose one that I felt the most compelling to do and I chose “ Composition with Red, Blue, and Yellow” , because of simplicity and use of the primary colors!
